Grad Information

Dear Westshore Students, Parent and Guardians,

The following information was shared with the Grade 12s this week. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Valedictorian Application

Any students interested in applying to be a Valedictorian are encouraged to apply by Monday May 1^st. Applications are available at the office.

Grad Photos

We have two options available for students wanting a graduation photo:

• Option 1: We will be taking outdoor graduation photos with a photographer in the school garden. Students will receive 1-2 digital copies of their photos (included in Grad Fees).  Please see the example of what the school garden photo will look like.

SCHOOL GRAD PHOTOS: WEDNESDAY MAY 17^th from 9:30-2:00pm

Please sign up with Wendy, Tanya or Leah in the school office for a time slot.

• Option 2: If you wish to have more formal graduation portraits, you may book an appointment with Life Touch Photography (250) 744-4100. Life Touch charges $30.00 sitting fee and offers various photo packages for purchasing your photos.

FEE & TICKET INFORMATION:

Please refer to the FEE and TICKET information sheet. Students will be bringing this form home to be filled out and brought back to the school office with payment. All grad fees are due by JUNE 1^st.

All grad fees will be payable on School Cash Online or by bringing cash to the school office. If any students/ families need support with these grad fees, please contact Catherine in the school office (250-474-2505).
